Dreamy Greens Smoothie
2 frozen bananas
1/2 cup frozen mango
1/4 cup cucumber
2 cups water or coconut water
Makes 1 - 32 oz smoothie
Instructions
Place all items in blender and blend for 1 minute.
ENJOY!
Notes : If you are not using a high speed blender add the spinach, cucumber, and half the water first. Blend those greens for 1 minute and then add the rest of your ingredients. This will help to break up the greens more easily.
