Dive into a unique 45 minute meditation class where the soothing rhythm of waves meets the practice of inner reflection. Join us to learn meditation techniques, create space for healing, and unwind amidst the calming embrace of water. Experience the magic of mindfulness as you carve out time in your week for relaxation and self-discovery.
Classes will be hosted down by the water's edge between the volleyball courts and yellow cabanas/umbrellas. Walk straight out from Paradise Grill on Upham Beach and you should see us sitting. Please bring water, sunscreen, a pillow/mat/blanket to sit or lay on, and a journal and pen for reflection.
Updates based on weather and water will be posted on the current classes event page and on my Instagram story. Classes may be cancelled due to hurricanes, rain, and red tide events.
These classes are donation based.
